What is Reverse Mentoring?

Traditional mentoring is where someone of experience spends time imparting their knowledge on someone less experienced and often younger than them. Reverse mentoring is as you would expect, the opposite of this where a younger person shares their knowledge with someone older than them. However, in the Reverse mentoring programme Adam implements, he sets up a mentoring programme where both parties learn from each other, enabling them to break down generational barriers, increase understanding and create a more engaged, collaborative and high performing team.

What is involved?

Depending on the size and type of business, Adam will work with your HR teams and/or managers to create and implement a Reverse Mentoring programme that will be most effective for you. Adam will provide your teams with training and a series of tools refined over years of running similar programmes, that will skill-up your employees and ensure all participants gain maximum value.

How much does it cost?

This Reverse Mentoring programme includes a 1-day training course for mentors on how to effectively mentor Millennials, a learning framework for mentors to use, a learning outcomes framework for mentees, pairing of mentors and mentees, facilitation and remote support. The cost varies depending on the number of people in the reverse mentoring programme, as this determines the number of training sessions and support required. The typical cost is:

£1,500 for up to 10 mentors and mentees (20 people in total)
£3,000 for 11-20 mentors and mentees (22-40 in total)
£POA (priced on application) for 20+ mentors and mentees
